Our Safety policy is comprised of top-level management from all divisions, who work closely with Simplified Engineering, Safety Institutions and consultants to review and update current policies and procedures, to guarantee the highest possible level of safety performance.



We do the ducting of all size to factory, we design it within and outside the factory depend with the working space of the area. We also do the insulation to this duct to protect the heat loss during air transportation.

Industrial Storage Tanks:

We design the industrial tank for food, beverage, water and fuel, this is done by different material composition, depend with the customer needs, it can be the stain less steel material, Mild steel material, or galvanized material from 1000 liters to 100,000 liters, this can be done offsite and onsite depend with the geographical constraints of the factory.

Cold & Hot Insulation:

Simplified engineering professionally do the steam pipe insulation to any size of pipe which carry the steam and condensate return line, we do this for economic point of view, ie to cut down the huge amount of condensate water which will be returned and also to make sure no heat loss during steam transportation and eventually the customer to get the dried steam in the receiving machine header. Cold insulation in the cooling tower and glycol line are intensively done by dual coating the pipe by PVC mattress (Armaflex) and make the pipes away from moisture and the pipe get the unrequired level of temperature.

MIG & TIG Welding:

We are welding through the TIG to all food and beverage surfaces, we are world standard and professional welders in TIG, this comply to the world food and beverage standard in food production, we promise good industrial welding standard to all customer who we have already work with or the new customers.

Pipe Fitting & Plumbing:

We do the pipe fitting to boilers, Chillers, compressors, and factory piping for food and beverage purpose, the fitting can be all 4 types from Mild steel, Stainless steel, Galvanized or PVC material.

Steel Structure:

We do the steel structure in building especially in factory, warehouse and Godown. We mainly do this by Mild steel material.

Conventional Steel Fabrication is when teams of steel fabricators cut members of steel to the correct lengths, and then weld them together to make the final structure. This can be done entirely at the construction site, which is labour-intensive, or partially in a workshop, to provide better working conditions and reduce time.

Bolted Steel Construction occurs when steel fabricators produce finished and painted steel components, which are then shipped to the site and simply bolted in place. This is the preferred method of steel construction, as the bulk of the fabrication can be done in workshops, with the right machinery, lighting, and work conditions. The size of the components are governed by the size of the truck or trailer they are shipped in, usually with a max length of 6m (20ft) for normal trucks or 12m (40ft) for long trailers. Since the only work to be done at site is lifting the steel members into place (with cranes) and bolting, the work at site is tremendously fast. Pre-engineered buildings are an example of bolted steel construction that is designed, fabricated, shipped and erected by one company to the owner.

Light Gauge Steel Construction is a type of construction that is common for residential and small buildings in North America and parts of Europe. This is similar to wood framed construction, except that light gauge steel members are used in place of wood two-by-fours. Light gauge steel is steel that is in the form of thin (1-3mm) sheets of steel that have been bent into shape to form C-sections or Z-sections.
